THINGS YOU NEED TO DO

THINGS YOU NEED TO DO TO REACH YOUR HEALTHY WEIGHT
AND STAY THERE!
  1. The basic rule for losing unwanted body fat is to simply burn more calories than you consume.  Easier said than done!  I know!!
  2. This should really be number one - YOU HAVE TO WANT IT!!  If you don't want it, it won't happen!  No more excuses!!
  3. ANY form of cardiovascular exercise helps make your body more efficient while burning calories.  You need to do this most days of the week (30 - 60 minutes).
  4. Strength training builds lean muscle (very important) which helps you burn more calories even at rest.  You need to do this at LEAST twice a week (30 - 60 minutes).
Too much to do you think?  Not really, considering your benefits will out way your risks.  Your alternative to resisting an active lifestyle is unwanted body fat, low energy, possible diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain, heart disease, all over yucky feeling... just to name a few, which all contribute to a lower quality of life.  Your quality of life!!

Your alternative to embracing an active lifestyle is less unwanted body fat, more energy, less chance of diabetes and high blood pressure, less joint pain, better chance of no heart disease and an all over stronger more confident body and feeling..... just to name a few.....

Follow the basic rules, get it done and enjoy what life has to offer and absorb the beauty around you!
