FIT TIP TODAY

Hello to all you fitness enthusiasts!

Cool weather is upon us!  Get out there, breathe the fresh air and get your heart-rate up a bit.

Your "healthy living" goal is to exercise most days of the week.

Also, stay away from empty calories that wreck havoc on your body like soda, cookies, candy, donuts and processed foods.  Empty calories contribute to unwanted body fat!

Load up on fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins.
