Is there a secret? Is there a magic key? How do you become successful in reaching your personal fitness goals? Come closer and I'll whisper something you probably don't want to hear:
It's up to YOU!!! (sh....t, my secret is out!)
When all is said and done
you have to want it bad enough
to work hard enough
at achieving it!!
Can you do it? You're darn right you can!
How do you start? By doing an activity TODAY that increases your heart rate above what it normally is (check with your doctor before starting any fitness program).
The more active you become, the better you'll get at it. That in turn leads to a much more efficient body. Your new efficient body helps you burn more calories even at rest.
You'll build muscle, you'll get lean. You'll get strong.
Once you become active regularly, you will naturally start to make healthier food choices. The last thing an active person wants is junk calories to sabotage all their hard work! You see how one good thing leads to another?
You're goal this busy holiday season is to find an activity you like to do and work up to doing it most days of the week!
Join a gym, take a class, hire a trainer, walk your park, your neighborhood, ride a bike, try a swim, check out your local YMCA, community center.......ahhhhh soo many choices!!
Here's another secret, be consistent! Consistency, consistency, consistency.
And.......
this holiday season eat a little less of those foods that you know carry unhealthy fats and junk calories!
Now get out there and get fit!

I enjoy your articles as it helps to educate me and make me more aware of what is important to do to keep up your strength. It makes you want to get up and jump around so you can feel better. will try and do my exercising routines every morning and if i miss one day it is ok but not two in a row.
