It's Your Body - Take Control

So, you want to get more fit? Start by eating less junk calories.

Dump the soda and/or the cookies, whatever junk you may eat in any given day.

You're going to have to do that in order to lose unwanted fat......

It won't just go away, you'll have to work at it.

It may be hard at first but you'll adjust and start feeling much better before you know it.

Also, increase your activity level.

Do anything that raises your heart rate above what it normally is.

Sweat a little and breathe harder. It's actually good for your heart.

It may be hard at first but you'll adjust. Stick with it and you'll start to feel stronger.

Consistency, will-power and commitment..... Do you have it??????

It is your body - so take control and get healthy;)
