Fitness advice for today - Move more than yesterday:)



  • To lose unwanted body fat you need to burn more calories than you eat;)

  • Sooooooo eat less junk calories and move your body more;)


Now pick up that kettlebell and do some swings!! Don't know how? Ask me!!!!
