Things You Need To Do To Reach Your Healthy Weight and Stay There!


  1. The basic rule for losing unwanted weight is to burn more calories than you eat, so eat less and move more! Easier said than done I know. But the golden rule!

  2. This really should be number one - You have to want to do it!! If you don't want it, it won't happen, plain and simple!

  3. Any form of cardiovascular exercise will make your body more efficient while burning calories. So you need to do this most days of the week (30 to 60 minutes).

  4. Strength training builds lean muscle which helps you burn more calories even at rest! So you need to do this at least twice a week (30 to 45 minutes).

  5. Too much to do you think? Well think again, this healthy lifestyle recipe will do just that - keep/get you healthy AND strong. The alternative to not adopting a healthy lifestyle is unwanted fat, low energy, possibly diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain and heart disease just to name a few, which all contribute to a lower quality of life. Your quality of life!
