Today I Will

Today I will take a long deep breath into my lungs, exhale and smile
Today I will be grateful for all I have and not focus on what I don't have
Today I will appreciate my body and fuel it properly with good nutrition
Today I will pay attention to how my body is feeling
Today I connect
to me...
Today I will let my body thrive under a balanced program of wellness
Today "getting fit" will become my "lifestyle of choice"
Today I will smile at someone I don't know
Today I will take a long deep purposeful breath into my lungs and exhale
For today I am thankful
