New Year, New You?

Happy New Year to all my blog peeps. I encourage you all to embrace an exercise routine that you enjoy and will commit to doing. Let me warn you though, you will have some side effects. Probably things like increased energy, lower body fat, increased muscular strength, and improved body awareness. Quite possibly you may even lower your blood pressure and cholesterol. But that's not all! I hear regular exercise could actually help you feel better if you experience depression and anxiety! So make the change, do it, get it done, take care of yourself! Take care of yourself!! Take care of y o u r s e l f !!
