Hi blog peeps

Spent all day yesterday at the Women's Spa & Wellness Showcase. Very interesting. I met lots of folks knowing they needed to start a fitness program, but the majority of them admittedly lacked any kind of motivation to do anything fitness and on top of everybody's list was the ever present "I don't have the time", or "I'm too busy to exercise"...... What can I say, healthy living is a lifestyle choice and it's too bad that most people choose not to engage in a healthy lifestyle. I guess most people have no idea how much better they will actually feel when they begin a fitness program. What a shame, people keep getting fatter, making extremely unhealthy food choices and continue to burden the medical system with disease's that could be controlled with proper nutrition and exercise.

We all have the same amount of time in a day, be nice to yourself and try starting with 20 mins of walking and as you begin to feel better add more time and then start a weight training program to help build your muscles. I bet it will not take long before you start to feel good and say to yourself "I can't believe I didn't start this sooner!"
