It's all good in the life of fitness

Hey, you know fitness should be part of your lifestyle. There's lots of different fitness regiments you can put yourself through. You should always start by building a strong foundation of strength. All things good can build upon a solid foundation. Solid, strong, balanced body awareness - that's what you're striving for. Once you build your foundation of strength you'll develop the confidence and awareness within your body (key words-(within your body) to explore other options in exercise. Keeping good form during exercise movements is crucial for the long haul in life. You definitely don't want to keep doing an incorrect movement pattern over and over again for weeks or maybe even months, because sooner or later bad form will catch up to you. It may not be today, tomorrow, next week or even next year, but it will catch up to you! So you need to be good for the long haul. How do you do that? Pay attention to how your body is feeling, don't push yourself ridiculously hard and be realistic with your goals. Remember, fitness is a "lifestyle choice" to be embraced and taken with self control, mind, body, and awareness. You get to be the boss of your own body, so how about being nice to it and letting it thrive under a good balanced program of exercise and nutrition! You'll be glad you did::))
