Train to be Fit

Simple, strength train three times per week (two minimum), cardio three times per week (dare I say two minimum?)

Don't have much time? Well, who really does, this is where your priorities come into play. Your health & wellness should be number one on your priority list. 30 minutes of strength & cardio training is not a lot of time, you can get away with that minimum, even 20 minutes of "I'm out of my comfort zone" interval training for your cardio is excellent (alternate bursts of high-intensity with short periods of recovery). Strength training develops lean muscle which helps you burn more calories even at rest!

So it's simple huh?!

Remember, number one priority is You, who keeps you strong and healthy? You do!!
